Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and programs, both short and long-term strategies in support of Marcus Rewards programing, Marcus Gift Cards, and other division marketing tactics to enhance and drive revenue.
Collaborate with Operations and Marketing Teams at each location to develop unique promotions and events to heighten location awareness and increase revenues.
Manage and liaison with third-party agencies on all efforts including design, digital spend, advertising campaigns, and more.
Lead reporting efforts on all media spend, marketing efforts to track success or identify areas to improve.
Worked with the Senior Leadership Team on buy-in on the rebranding of the Rewards Program. Relaunched the Rewards Program in 2022 and since have had increased signups 61% YoY and elevated revenues by 36% YoY by leveraging data-driven insights, digital marketing techniques and location marketing teams to drive program growth and profitability.
Built the Rewards website. Created the Marcus Loyalty Rewards logo.
Worked with third party to host physical and digital gift cards for production and execution. When launched, the Gift Card Program and had increased sales 10% YoY, leveraging major holidays, increased marketing tactics for the Bonus Card Program, and lead locations on how to sell gift cards to drive program growth and profitability.
Design the annual Promotional Bonus Card.

At the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater, every student needs to complete a "capstone project" before graduation. My capstone project took place during my Marketing Management & Policies course at UW-Whitewater. This project consisted of creating a new Marketing Plan for any business. My partner and I chose the Hyatt Centric Chicago Magnificent Mile.
I had taken a course called "Experiential Marketing" as a part of my curriculum at the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater. My peers and I worked on creating an "Experiential Marketing Plan" for one of the top Fortune 500 companies. We chose the company PepsiCo.
