As an independent contractor for Love Your Melon, I held the General Crew Member position on my Love Your Melon Campus Crew. During my tenure as a General Crew Member my responsibilities included attending Crew promotional and Giving Events, working collectively with all Crew Members to take on responsibilities as the Crew expanded, spreading the word to grow the impact of Love Your Melon and inspiring new and creative ideas for the Campus Crew.

Our largest event consisted of having a 'Superhero Adventure' with a child who wished to go behind the scenes at the Racine Zoo in Wisconsin!

I held the Event Manager position on my Love Your Melon Campus Crew. During my tenure as Event Manager, I was in charge of organizing and executing all Giving Events and communicating with the Giving Event Manager at Love Your Melon. My responsibilities included overseeing and carrying out all Crew Giving Events, submitting all necessary forms for Giving Events to Love Your Melon, communicating with the Crew Captain to select Crew Members for Giving Events, ensuring all Crew Members complete Giving Event Prep for each Giving Event and providing updates about Giving Events to the Campus Crew.
I held the Event Manager position on my Love Your Melon Campus Crew. During my tenure as Event Manager, I was in charge of organizing and executing all Giving Events and communicating with the Giving Event Manager at Love Your Melon. My responsibilities included overseeing and carrying out all Crew Giving Events, submitting all necessary forms for Giving Events to Love Your Melon, communicating with the Crew Captain to select Crew Members for Giving Events, ensuring all Crew Members complete Giving Event Prep for each Giving Event and providing updates about Giving Events to the Campus Crew.
For our biggest event, our crew had the privilege to visit Children's Hospital of Wisconsin in Milwaukee to have a 'Giving Event' with the children at the hospital.

I held the Crew Captain position on my Love Your Melon Campus Crew. During my tenure as Crew Captain, I was in charge of the Campus Crew for my campus. My responsibilities included reviewing and managing the conduct of Crew Members appropriately represented Love Your Melon, overseeing and carrying out all On-Campus Nonprofit Events, leading weekly meetings, providing updates about Love Your Melon and the Crew Program to Crew Members and communicating with my Crew’s Regional Manager for general information and new changes.
I held the Crew Captain position on my Love Your Melon Campus Crew. During my tenure as Crew Captain, I was in charge of the Campus Crew for my campus. My responsibilities included reviewing and managing the conduct of Crew Members appropriately represented Love Your Melon, overseeing and carrying out all On-Campus Nonprofit Events, leading weekly meetings, providing updates about Love Your Melon and the Crew Program to Crew Members and communicating with my Crew’s Regional Manager for general information and new changes.
We held events such as Ronald McDonald Charity Drives, hosted Be The Match Swab Drives, raised awareness about Love Your Melon at Farmers Markets, hosted Pinkie Swear Foundation tabling events, and regularly volunteered around the Whitewater community!
